HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE?

You can register right here on our website under the ‘Register’ button on the top of the screen and follow the prompts.

You can also register  in person at any of our C3 New Zealand Churches. All you need to do is fill out a registration form (including credit card details) and hand it to the church administrators.

Look out for the official confirmation email that our Registrations Team will email out to you saying you’ve secured your spot for conference!

WHEN & WHERE IS EVERYWOMAN CONFERENCE 2017?

Our EW Conference Venue is… *drum roll*

C3 Church Auckland
20 Cawley Street, Ellerslie,
Auckland, New Zealand.

Conference officially begins Friday evening (29th June) going through to Saturday evening (30th June 2018).

The Leaders’ Lunch is held at 12pm on Friday 29th of June before the official opening of Conference.

HOW DO I GET TO EVERYWOMAN CONFERENCE?

C3 Church Ellerslie is ideally located with easy access to the Southern Motorway, and is well serviced with both train and bus services. Public transport timetables and journey planners for both train and bus services are available at at.govt.nz while Google maps can provide driving directions from any New Zealand location.

C3 Church Ellerslie is located 2 minutes’ walk from the Bus stop or 6 minutes’ walk from the Train station.

WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME & WHO IS SPEAKING AT EACH SESSION?

Our Programme of speakers is not officially released until conference commences.

CAN I JUST COME FOR A DAY/NIGHT OR SINGLE SESSION?

Day/night registrations are released closer to Conference and are contingent on available space.

Our 2018 Conference is expected to sell out so we encourage you to register for a full conference pass as soon as possible.

IS THERE A CHILDREN'S PROGRAMME?

This year Everywoman Kids includes both boys & girls!

 

Mothers & Babies Room
For children up to 2yrs and will have a live feed of all main conference sessions. Registrations for babies are free, but we still need them registered so our Team know who is on site for all times in case of emergency.

 

Sparkle & Haven

A full programme runs for boys & girls Haven (2-4 yrs) &
Sparkle (5-12 yrs) during all main conference sessions.

We want conference to be as accessible as possible for all our ladies, registration prices for EW Kids are all group rates!

Register up 5 kids from one family: 

$15 for 2-4yrs
$19 for 5-10yrs 

You can register your children for EW Kids under general registrations – simply follow the prompts!

If your child has special allergies or medical requirements, we ask that you please provide us with the details when signing them in on the day.

As of 2019, we’re delighted to announce that Everywoman Kids lunch options are available for $5.00 pp. These can be added on to your child’s rego under the ‘Register’ area!

Lunch is an optional extra – should it better suit your needs, your child is welcome to come with a packed lunch instead! Please also remember to pick up your children over the course of Saturday night’s dinner break.

I WANT TO VOLUNTEER FOR CONFERENCE!

Every year, conference happens because our army of volunteers say ‘Count me in! and commit to serving over half the course of conference.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Your Bible, notepad & pens and yourself! Maybe a friend 😉

WHERE DO I GET MY REGISTRATION ARMBAND FROM?

At the two main entrances of our conference venue, you will find our friendly Registration Team!

They’ll be ready to get you signed in with your arm band and a printed schedule  from 5.30pm onwards Friday 29th June and all day Saturday.

WHAT ABOUT ALLOCATED SEATING?

Seating is done on a first in first served basis with doors opening 10 minutes prior to each main session!

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE RECORDING OF CONFERENCE SESSIONS?

You can pre-purchase your EW Conference sessions on our website under ‘Register’!

After conference, full video recordings from each session over conference will be sent to you via email downloadable through the link.

These are just $29 and can also be purchased over the course of conference at our Resource Centre.

ARE MEALS PROVIDED?

Our new onsite café will be open over conference, brimming with coffees and snacks! We will also have delicious food trucks turning up on site for the Saturday dinner break!

If you’re wanting something more substantial over the course of conference, Ellerslie Township is a short 5min walk away.

For Everywoman Kids, morning and afternoon tea is provided on the Saturday. With a $5 lunch option available for purchase under ‘Register’.

WILL THERE BE GLUTEN AND/OR DAIRY FREE OPTIONS FOR THE LEADERS’ LUNCH?

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

We have free carparks on site, on street parking as well as on neighborhood properties (as directed by carpark assistants)

WILL THERE BE DISABILITY PARKING?

If you have a disability sticker, you will need to have this in your vehicle when you arrive at conference. If you are from an area that does not provide these, please email your details to everywoman@c3.org.nz by 20th June so we can provide one for you. Please note there are limited disability parks so you will need to arrive early to be sure to get one.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SHOPPING AND MEALS?

SYLVIA PARK
A 10 minute drive down the southern motorway from our conference location,  Sylvia Park offers New Zealand’s largest shopping centre. With over over 70,000 sqm of quality retail space anchored by Zara, H&M, The Warehouse, Countdown, PAK’nSAVE and Hoyts Cinemas, along with an extensive range of quality mini-major and specialty tenancies. It also offers a brand new dining precinct with a variety of international restaurants, a food court and other fast food.

ELLERSLIE TOWNSHIP
A 5 minute walk away and offers restaurants, bars, bakeries & cafes.

NEWMARKET
Home to a vast variety of boutiques, trendy cafes and a general hot spot, head 5-10mins on the Northern Motorway from our conference venue.

I NEED SOME EXTRA TLC, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS?

If you are heavily pregnant, suffering from a severe illness or ailment, require wheelchair or disabled access or are 65+, we would love to assist you.

Email your name and email address to everywoman@c3.org.nz by 20th June and our team will be in touch with further information. We cannot confirm that we will be able to accommodate any requests after this date.

IF I CANCEL MY TICKET DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Any amendments must be notified in writing to the conference organisers.

EW Conference reserves the right to change any of the published details without notice. Registrations are non-refundable. However a substitute delegate is welcome.

Amendments & transfers must be received in writing before the 11th June 2018.
